He is survived by: his close friends, John Simkus and Miriam Kelly; his brothers, David and Edward (Molly); his children, Susan Jackson (Jeff Radel), Christine Houston (Dave) and Paul; his grandchildren, Jenny, Kalman, Shea and Auggie; his great grandchildren, Julian, Abigail, Kal and Mia; his nephew David (Heather); and his caregivers, Razieh, Virgie, Elham, Joanna, Perlita, Hillory, Perpetua, Ian, Reuben, Sangita and Charlene.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Trinity Catholic Church (3220 Bayview Ave, North York, ON M2M3R7).
