He was predeceased by: his sisters, Jarmilla and Rose. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen (John) and David (Lisa); his grandchildren, Michael, Madeleine, Matthew and Alexander; his close friend Andree McFarlane; and his siblings, Alice, Frances and Henry.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Frank's memory to the Terry Fox Foundation for cancer.
