He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard and Jean. He is survived by : his cousins, Joy James of Slave Lake, AB, Jan Coombs of Penticton, BC and Winnifred Gill of Hamilton, ON..

At John's request there will be no funeral service; however, donations to the Kirkland and District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
