He is survived by: his wife Carol Brown; his son Timothy Dutton; his brother George Dutton; his niece Melanie Gonsalvez; his siblings-in-law, Dave Brown (Daniele), Heather Brown and Scott Brown (Jackie); and his sibling's children, Alexander, Elizabeth (Patrick), Maxwell (Mikaela), Michael (Julia), Gavin, Sarah, Emily and Finn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of John Dutton. Donations can be made either online or at the funeral home on the day of the service.
