He was predeceased by: his brother Michael (Linda); his parents, Ivan and Myroslawa; and his parents-in-law, Nick and Irene Kushynsky.
He is survived by: his spouse Orysia; and his brother Roman (Lynda). He is also survived by his wife, family, friends.
