He is survived by: his parents, Roman and Alicja; his brother Krys; his sister-in-law Ewelina; his aunt Halina Czuk (late Adolek); his cousin Stephanie Czuk (Dean); his uncle Mietek Muszynski (Barbara); and his cousins, Agnieszka, Monika and Kamil.
