He was predeceased by: his wife Mary (Nee McBride); his parents, John and Eileen; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his child Ciara (Randy); his grandchild Ashley; his great grandchild Aidan Thomas; his sister Ann Hassett of Tipperary; and his sister-in-law Rosie McBride (Belfast). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
