He is survived by: his wife Margaret; and his children, Kathy Boone (Jim), Rick (Kika) and Michael (Alison). He is also survived by six grandsons, one granddaughter and 4 siblings.
In his last few years, Johnny bravely fought a long, hard battle with Alzheimer's disease.
