He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne and Scott; and his brother Kent (Shawn). He is survived by: his daughter Nicole (Andrew); his wife Kari; his siblings, Sara and Tony (Nanette); his cousin Candy Wilson; his nieces and nephews, Derreck, Samuel, Zander, Daisy, Harrison, Cary and Lauren; and also Susan Carthy.
Due to limitations imposed by Covid restrictions, the funeral will be a private service.
In lieu of flowers we kindly ask that a donation be made to CAMH in Jonathan's name.
