He was predeceased by: his father Max Slivka. He is survived by: his wife Atessa Izadpanah; his mother Marsha Slivka; his brother Mikey Slivka; his sister-in-law Aarti Rana; his nephew Zavi; and his in-laws, Amir, Nahid, Shermin and Mahsa.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A shiva will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, on Tuesday, June 17th 2025, on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
