With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jose Ribeiro (Toronto, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2026 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Jose departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jose may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jose leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his sister Maria Paula; and his father Daniel Isaias. He is survived by: his mother Regina; and his siblings, Leonard and Lucia.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cardinal Funeral Home (366 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5T 2S6). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Parish (588 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON M6J3P8). A burial was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Prospect Cemetery (1450 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6E1C6).
