He is survived by: his spouse Camilla "Cami"; his children, Michael (Helen), Stanley (Theresa), Ted (Linda) and Diane (Drew); his grandchildren, Rhea, Jennifer, Jason, Sarah, Stefan, Rysiek and Jakob; his great grandchildren, Lauren, Zuriel, Rylan, Femke and Charleigh; and his sibling Blanche.
