He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan and Helena; and his brothers, Janek and Karol. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Joanna, Sequoia (Stuart), Adam (Natalie) and Andrew; and his grandchildren, Jarrah, Chilli and Leona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
