She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bushell and Gladys May Bushell; and her sister Beverly Bateman (Bob). She is survived by: her nephews, Bill, Jamie and Jeff Bateman; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ian, David, Beverley and Ali; her close friend Margie Bateman (Hazelton Place); Will, Spencer, Robert, Riley and Avery.
Her family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Toronto Humane Society.
