He was predeceased by: his wife Tracy; and his father Herb. He is survived by: his mother Diane; his siblings, Michael (Teresa), Karen (Matthew) and Douglas (Jennifer); his children, Nicholas, Alexander, Simon and Olive; his siblings-in-law, Deanna and Jeff; his mother-in-law Bonnie; and his aunts and uncles, Doug, Kim, Claire, Dave, Elaine and Mel. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
