She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Augustyn; and her children, Tadek and Teresa. She is survived by: her children, Jozef and Jozefa; her son-in-law Peter; and her grandchildren, Mark (Lindsay), Michael (Michelle), Radek, Agnieska and Rafel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Casimir's Church (156 Roncesvalles Ave, Toronto, ON M6R2L4). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the St. John's Dixie Cemetery (737 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4Y2B5).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Copernicus Lodge in memorial of our sweet Katarzyna would be appreciated by the family.
