She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Augustyn; and her children, Tadek and Teresa. She is survived by: her children, Jozef and Jozefa; her son-in-law Peter; and her grandchildren, Mark (Lindsay), Michael (Michelle), Radek, Agnieska and Rafel.
