Katharina leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Katharina’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Katharina will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Fritz; her son Peter; her daughter-in-law Karen; and her grandchildren, Stefanie and Hanna.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S1P4).
The family will receive friends at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 6-8 p.m. In Kate's Memory donations may be made to St. Patrick's Parish (https://stpatricksto.archtoronto.org) or Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.
