He was predeceased by: his parents, Tokue Tsumura and Seitaro Tsumura; and his brother Victor. He is survived by: his significant other Yoshiko Obara; and his siblings, Eunice, Lily, Eileen and Larry. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Funeral Home - Scarborough Chapel (3280 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1T3K3).
