He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick Gothreau; his son-in-law Brian O'Toole; and his siblings, Garnet, Gordie, Donny, Tootsie, Lloyd, Billy, Ronnie, Gladys, Florence, Dot, Marrian and Shirley.

He is survived by: his parent Eva Gothreau (Vito); his daughters, Donnarene O'Toole and Darlene Michael (Chris); his sister Francis Landry; his grandchildren, Kenny O'Toole (Jodie), Jennifer O'Toole (Korey Pepper) and David Jones (Tracy Dungale); and his great grandchildren, Adien O'Toole, Conner O'Toole, Evan Jones, Abigail O'Toole, Kenneth O'Toole and Emily Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Donations in memory of Ken may be made to the Toronto Sick Kids Hospital, or a charity of choice.
