“Picture 2 of 2 was taken at a special Year End Party November 26, 2016 with the old members of Crew 1. Kent is the one with the big grin on his face toasting Crew 1 with a glass of wine. The only member missing was Captain Elliott who was unable to attend at the time due to sickness. Thanks Kent. REALLY GREAT knowing & serving with you. Mike Baskwell Rear Commander (Ret-'18) CCGA -TOWARF”

“KENT EMMERSON was a valued member and friend of Crew 1 of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary Unit (TOWARF). Pic 1 of 2:is of Crew I taken on our Rescue Boat in September of 2014. It was Captained at the time by Dave Elliott (RIP) also a former Commander of TOWARF. Kent had a tremendous sense of humour; loved life; crewed with us on many an adventure & volunteered wherever he could especially on our boat maintenance. He will be sorely missed.
