He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley Stewart, Raymond Jensen and David Lewis; and his father Melvin Blaine Blaker (Chiefy). He is survived by: his grandparents, Melvin Blaker and Margaret; his mother Heather Lewis Blaker; his siblings, Nicole, Dylan, Zach, Cheyenne and Jesse; and his aunts, Karen and Charmaine. He is also survived by his many friends, who in truth were like his family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rosar-Morrison Fh Chapel (4678 Sherbourne Street, Toronto, Ontario M4X1K5). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
