He is survived by: his spouse Maroulla; his children, John (Anthoula), Chris (Helena) and Eleni Simone (Steven); his siblings, Stavros (Susan) and Andriani Karayiannis (late George); and his friends, England and Cyprus. He is also survived by His wife, children, grandchildren and extended family.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Kypros' life will be celebrated in a private family service.
