It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Edwin Hugh Bates (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on June 13, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Beverley; his parent-in-law Gordon; and also Greer. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Michael (Beverley) and Laura (Ken); his grandchildren, Caden and Rylie; his parent Hugh (Carolyn Noble); his sibling Jim (Deborah); his parent-in-law Jean; his sibling-in-law Wendy (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Kyra, Aidan and Kyle. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and his many, many friends.
