She was predeceased by: her spouse José Fonseca Pereira; and her father Vôvô. She is survived by: her children, Agostinho (Joni) and São (Doug); her grandchildren, Amanda and Gilles; her sibling Jerónimo; and her brother-in-law Valentim. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
