He was predeceased by: his son Stephen Powers; his sister Patricia Powers; and his parents, Raymond Powers and Matilda Powers. He is survived by: his wife Joan Powers (Carasso); his daughter Kelly Powers (George Clement); his grandson Devon Buxcey (Kaitlyn Schonauer); his great grandchild Liam Buxcey; and his sister-in-law Betty Hough. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
