We announce the death of Lena Inglis (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 98. Lena will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Herbert Inglis; her parents, Dan Leguard and Mary Leguard; her sister Noreen; Joseph, Mary Louise, Angeline, Grace, Teresa, John Richard, Bryan and Greg.
She is survived by: her children, Helen (Robert), Jane (Thomas), Thomas (late Suzanne), Nancy (Norman) and John; her grandchildren, Tom, Margaret (Mitchell), John (Chin-Yin), Veronica, Mary (Toni) and Madeline (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Teddy, Liana, Jack, Luca, Gianna, Julian and Gabriella. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butler Chapel (4933 Dundas St W, Etobicoke, ON M9A1B6). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (3055 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, ON M8X1C6).
