He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara (Ian Eisenhardt). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Sparling; his children, Lucinda (George Mouzourakis) and Jamie (Krista Freeman); his granddaughters, Tessa and Zoe; and his sister Diane (Frank Ward).
