He was predeceased by: his brothers, Walter and Peter. He is survived by: his friend Barbara Piekaar; his children, Roseanne VanHoof (Ron), Cathy Hawkins (Bill), Meagan Murdock (Steve) and John Hawkins (Greg); his grandchildren, Eric Cunningham, Anna VanHoof, Cameron Murdock, Erika Murdock, Sheri Fox (Dave) and Leanne Millman; and his great grandchildren, Julian Fox, Camron Fox and Victoria Fox.
