She was predeceased by: her parents, Felicisimo Aguilar and Eusebia Mercado Aguilar; and her husband Deacon Alejandro Masongsong. She is survived by: her children, Anthony and Anna Masongsong.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes (6191 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M2M4K4). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Paschal Baylon Church (92 Steeles Ave W, Thornhill, ON L4J1A1). A committal service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (8361 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L3T3M1).
