She is survived by: her spouse Bernie; her parents, Pat Gillis and Jerry Gillis; her sibling Laurie (Bob Proulx); her mother-in-law Mary (late Michael); her siblings-in-law, Michael (Linda) and Orla; her nieces and nephews, Matthew, John Michael, Elissa, Ryan, Connor, Jacqueline, James and Ella; her uncle John; her aunt Merry; her cousins, Adam, Kate (Ian), Kaitlyn, Lauren and Elinor; and her friends, Rosanna, Sue Anne, Jessica, Agness, Ashley, Tatiana and Olga.

Her wish in lieu of flowers was that donations be made to the Annex Cat rescue at CanadaHelps.org to continue her efforts.
