She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ross Remmer; her parents, Jerry Coughlin and Mary Coughlin; her siblings, Michael Coughlin (Anne), Wayne Coughlin, David Coughlin and Patti Torpey (Larry); her sister-in-law Jean Stephen (Rory); her niece Melissa Torpey (Suat); and her nephews, Jamie Torpey (Legita), Brendan Torpey, Andrew Stephen (Lexis), David Stephen (Drew) and Troy Coughlin (Megan).
