She is survived by: her children, Janice Louise D'Amore (Lorenzo), Christopher Henry Kozlowski (Brenda) and Robert Anthony Kozlowski (Aneta); her grandchildren, Sabrina, Mathew, Alana, Alexander, Rachel, Ashley and Hannah; and her brothers, David and Michael. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
