It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lourdes Tan (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on April 29, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid adieu to Lourdes' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Lourdes has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ramon Balido and Teodora Velo; her husband Robert Tan; and her children, John Tan, Rosanna Tan, Cerys Tan-Hart and Atticus Cunningham.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lourdes Tan's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto or to Toronto Dementia Research Alliance (TDRA) or Baycrest Foundation Forever loved, always remembered, and deeply missed.
