He is survived by: his wife Maria Antonia; his children, Ottavio (Susan), Vito (Sil) and Theresa (Mario); his grandchildren, Luigi Steven, Lara (Grey), Michael, Adam (Daniela), Emily (Giuseppe), Melanie, Daniel (Olivia) and Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Giordano, Iris and Giuliana.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave W, North York, ON M6A1C3). A burial was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (4570 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M2N6N4).
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
