She was predeceased by: her husband George Ptolemy; and her son Wayne Ptolemy. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Ptolemy, Avery and Alex; the mother of her children Patricia; and her child Carroll Wilson (Bryan). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, extended family, and many friends.
