He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes Dorn and Ilse Dorn. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Torben (Sara Laberge); his grandsons, Tobias and Mathis; his siblings, Nori (Lothar), Wolfgang (Christel) and Udo; and his brother-in-law John Zauerhagen (Bonnie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ward Funeral Home - Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N1X7). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Sanctuary Park Cemetery (1570 Royal York Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9P3C3). A reception will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N1X7).
