He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Elgina and Debby (David); his granddaughter Ava; and his sister Florentina.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St, North York, ON M6B3S9). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Agnes Church (15 Grace St, Toronto, ON M6J2S3).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Manuel's memory may be to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
