Margarete leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Margarete’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Margarete will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gerhard; her children, Rosemarie and Michael (Patricia); and her great grandchild Zora.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N 1X7). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N 1X7). A burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Sanctuary Park Cemetery (1570 Royal York Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9P3C3).
