She is survived by: her husband John Santos Aleixo; her sons, John (Lucy) and Fernando; and her grandchildren, Julia and Matthew.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ward Funeral Home - Weston Chapel (2035 Weston Rd, Toronto, ON M9N1X7). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the Our Lord Church (45 Ludstone Dr, Etobicoke, ON M9R2J2). A burial was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sanctuary Park Cemetery (1570 Royal York Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9P3C3).
