She is survived by: her husband Fernando; her siblings, Ilda (late Manuel) and Gervasio (Maria); her sister-in-law Sofia (late Fernando); her brother Gilbert; and her brother-in-law João (late Maria). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
