With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Maria Campea (Toronto, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Maria left this world on January 21, 2026 at the age of 99, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Antonio (Dora), Anna (Joe), Pasquale (Yvonne), John (Cathy) and Bruno (Stella); her grandchildren, Anthony (Andrea), Nicholas (Victoria), Domenic (Laura), Lorenzo (Christina), Matthew, Kara (Graeme), Matteo, Gian Carlo and Joseph; and her great grandchildren, Alessia, Aila, Thomas, Braedon and Evie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes (6191 Yonge St, North York, ON M2M 4K4). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Roch's Church (2889 Islington Ave, North York, ON M9L2T3).
Donations may be made in Maria's memory to Sick Kids Hospital or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
