Maria Formusa Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maria Formusa (Toronto, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2026 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Calogero Zuccaro and Maria Zuccaro; her husband Giacomo Formusa; and her brother Salvatore (Dorotea). She is survived by: her children, Salvatore (Mary), Gino (Laura) and Rose Marie Cusimano (Anthony); her grandchildren, Adriana (Michael), Rosemary, James (Daniella), Christopher (Jordana), Nicholas, Luca, Matthew, Emilia and Michael Jr. Maria; Anna. She is also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews.
