We announce the death of Maria Teresa Spinato (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on October 25, 2026, at the age of 67. Maria will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Maria will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Maria’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Luisa; her brothers, Paul and Peter (Vanessa); her father Isidoro; and her husband Joe.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Our Lord Church (45 Ludstone Dr, Etobicoke, ON M9R2J2). A reception will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In honour of Maria's memory and her generous spirit, donations to your local food bank would be deeply appreciated by her family in place of flowers.
