She was predeceased by: her grandson Jake. She is survived by: her children, Cristine, Terese, Ted (Barb), Jill and Chuck (Lisa); her grandchildren, Donal (Peggy), Clara, David, Michael (Trisha), Courtney, Kevin (Harmonie), Sara (Cameron), Hunter, River and Cole; her great grandchildren, Emma, Adriana, Olivia, Jack, Sophia, Riley, Declan, Peyton and Heidi; and her caregivers, Thess Jayawon and Jermie Sabulao.

Floral offerings are gratefully declined; if desired, a donation may be made to the Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre (Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre), or to a charity of your choice.
