It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Doris Hutchings (Toronto, Ontario), who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid Marilyn Doris farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marilyn Doris is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Andrew Hutchings and Edna Emily Hutchings; and her siblings, Stephen, Carol, Patricia and Roy.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert and Neil Allen; her daughter-in-law Cristina; and her grandchildren, Brock, Cori and Sierra. She is also survived by nephews and their children.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Giffen-Mack & Trull Funeral Home (2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
