She is survived by: her husband Samad Abdool; her daughter Leanna McGilvery; her son-in-law Desmond McGilvery; her grandchildren, Allyanna, DiMarco, Eliyannah, Aryanna and DeCavo; her nephews, Danny, Christopher, Michael, David Jr., Alex, Daniel and Thomas; Helen Ciuffini (Frank), Donna Sappleton (Dave) and Patience Riess (Willy).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the DeMarco Funeral Home (3725 Keele St, North York, ON M3J1N4). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K1A7).
