He was predeceased by: his father Martin Lewis (Gerard Little). He is survived by: his mother Ann Lewis; his wife Ginny Barton; his children, Maddy and Morgan; his sister Clare (Phil Zangari); his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Liam, Jessica and Jenna; and his godchildren, Ciaran and Callyssa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
