She was predeceased by: her husband Derek Chadwick; her parents, Joseph Taylor and Ethel Taylor; and her brothers, Clarence, Jack, Gerald, William and Bob.
She is survived by: her stepson Harold (Janet) of Caversham; and also England. She is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Wildlife Federation or to a charity of your choice.
