She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Beattie; her parents, Kathleen Dodge and James Dodge; and her sister Lynda Shebylo. She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Marissa) and Scott (Shannon); her granddaughter Quinn; her siblings, Janet Hassall (Ted), Kathleen Cooper (John), James Dodge (Karen) and Rosemary Floquet; and her friends, Robin, Mary and Monica.

Donations in Mary-Susan's name may be made to the Daily Bread Food Bank or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Donations are being accepted for: DAILY BREAD FOOD BANK HEART STROKE FOUNDATION ONTARIO (HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO).
