With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Coles of Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on November 26, 2025 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Mary is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mary's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur (Lilian Pugh) and England; her brothers, John and Peter; her husband Norman Coles; and her daughter Christine.
She is survived by: her son Keith Coles; her daughter-in-law Isabel; her granddaughter Sarah Jean; and her great-niece Delsean.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Funeral Home - Scarborough Chapel (3280 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1T 3K3). The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (33 Memory Gardens Ln, North York, ON M2H3K4).
